I called RAC at 7:30pm to assist me with my Electric Vehicle as the battery had depleted.
I was told the estimated arrival Time for assistance would be 9:09pm - 9:39pm. I called back at 10:45pm As the RAC driver hadn’t arrived. I was then told the estimated arrival time would be 2am - 2:30am..
5 hours after the original estimated time, which meant I sat in my van for 7 hours
At no time was I contacted by RAC to inform me about the change of arrival time.
I had to call them to get the information
I would also like to add I was in London Islington (Which is not far from Central London) so it makes no sense that I had to wait 7+ Hours
I doubt they will issue some sought of compensation. Instead they will keep relaying futile apologies
It’s safe to say I will not be using RAC again, but instead see what AA has to offer
