Broke down on A11 near Norwich at 2:15 pm Friday 07/07/2023. Patrol man came in 45 minutes and couldn't repair said recovery needed. Despite several promises over night finally arrived 1:45 pm Saturday. Taken 24 miles to service station. Told them we are both over 70 and I am type 2 diabetic and run out of medication. 2 more relays and endup in truck stop 9.30pm. Several promises over night and eventually picked up 10.30 sunday morning. Arrived home lunchtime. 44 to get 150 miles. It was suggested we could be taxied home and leave the car and caravan for collection some time in the future at our own risk and no guarantee when they would be collected or if they would still be there.
