Unacceptably Awful. Which kind of culture is this??, not being punctual is the norm?! My partner had an accident and needs to be rescued by RAC; tow our damaged van and bring him back home ( luckily nobody is injured including him). He was told that the rescue would arrive in 2hours time which is already taking too long for being rescued in London, he is not in the remote mountain! But it’s been nearly 4hours waiting and nobody is here! He had already very stressful experience and then on top of that this long ridiculous wait??My partner has contacted RAC few times and they said to him that they can’t reach to the driver who is supported to rescue him because the driver doesn’t pick up the phone!! Then my partner got the call from the driver himself saying that he was just informed to come to rescue him 40mins ago, which was the time the driver supposed to be rescuing him!! I don’t know who is telling the truth, the RAC? Or the driver?? It doesn’t matter who is lying but the service from RAC is more than appalling. We are paying customer.
If you don’t look after your customers, they just leave but your business ethic is damaging your company.
It’s been over 4hours wait but nobody is with him. DO NOT USE RAC.
