I switched from Audi break down cover to rac ... Emphasised how I was a widow and needed to be assured it was like for like with Audi however tyre went and called breakdown to find not covered near house ...really annoyed spoke with manager told him must be gap in needs analysis ... It was all about his needs not mine Words like Unfortunately I need to check your story listen to calls???( value and trust) Told them I was driving to business and self employed , I appreciate this but..... I asked if someone can call me Oh yes definitely by today !!!! No call back ,failed promise ... Shocking service ,,, never gave I dealt with company so unprofessional ... Still waiting ?!! How long does it take to listen to a twenty minute call... Still waiting .
