Please please do not pay for RAC breakdown service. Totally shocking service last night. Left in Plymouth for over 5 hours then when actually contacted their customer service [joke] was informed another 2 hours at least despite text reminders were nearby. Ended up 50 miles from my home at midnight, no bus or trains to get home. Ended up booking hotel room. Rac guy arrived in morning. Shame on your RAC especially customer service department.
Their customer service is appalling just manufacturing promises.
