This is the second time my daughter has had to use the RAC. The first time she pulled off the motorway so wasn't priority even though she was on her own in an unfamiliar area. She waited over 7 hours.
Last night she was travelling on the m25 on her own, when at 8pm her tyre blew out. She was told she was priority because of where she was and was given an estimated time of 1 hour. After an hour she was given another estimated time of approximately another 2 hours. She cancelled and got an independent company to fix her car. Disgusting treatment that we pay for. Never again. Will be changing to a different breakdown company.
