Absolutely appaulling. Rang and doubled confirmed that the Mobile tyre service could attend to us today when we did the booking with the RAC over the phone the other day. They assured us that was the case and happily took our money up front. We explicity let them know if the tyres were unable to be done we need to know as heading off in 2 days time across the Nullabour and would not then be able to book in elsewhere as other tyre places needed to order the tyres in. So, guess what, yep RAC cancelled today by email. Unbelievable. Rang they were apologetic and unable to further help us to get some one else out. Not happy! While on hold to them listening to their voice message recording stating how they can be relied upon. On requesting our refund that was not a problem except would take 3- 5 days for this to be refunded. SO RAC gets their money asap cancels on us and now we have to wait 3- 5 days for the refund which would come in useful to pay the other tyre place that went out of their way to source tyres and to source a place where we could get them fitted.
