Had a query with RAC approved garage - filled in complain to RAC with arguments,prove etc... RAC "investigation" basically was sending email to the garage and taking every single word of theirs for granted despite facts provided by myself.
Conclusion : RAC is not there to make sure customers have fair deal. No. RAC is basically working as a shield to all kind of shady garages as long as they are paying their fee...
