Absolute joke,rang in break down at 17.00,told it would be upnto 3 hrs for assistances we had children they said they would ring 20 mins before mechanic came..so we took them into supermarket for food
Was subcontracted to tears(who don't do a phone call)so he turned up,and duly sodded off.
Happened to flag down a tears vehichle by chance,guy told me that they had all been sent to long distance jobs anyway and he was on his way home so he would have a go as their was no one else anywhere close
