I needed to upgrade my cover through my insurance company. My insurers were brilliant. The RAC was diabolical: it took nearly 3 days to persuade them I had upgraded. Different people told me different things, didn't make notes in my file when they promised they would, tried to convince me there wasn't a problem, kept putting me back in a loop of bots until I thought I was going insane.
