My car broke down and had to be towed 16 miles to a garage, from when he arrived the driver who was named Eric was extremely helpful. I need two new knees and have arthritis and I had difficulty climbing into the van, Eric helped me in made sure I was comfortable, turned the heating up and even asked what music station I would like. The time I spent in his company was spent chatting and he gave some good advice about my car,by the time we parted I felt like his Grandad.
