Awful customer service department.
I am still awaiting a resolution of my complaint that was raised over 6 weeks ago.
I was misled into purchasing a premium battery from RAC at great expense and was told to reach out to their customer service department by their own engineer as he said they should address the issue given the circumstances.
However, 6 weeks on and still no resolution from RAC customer service.
They asked for evidence to be sent of the engineer selling the battery which I have said I will send to them, however, now they are attempting to avoid my emails and refusing to accept the evidence to be sent.
I will continue to chase a resolution to my complaint and have notified independent dispute resolution services.
