Poor Service - Home Breakdown
Despite knowing the make and model of my car, you sent someone without the correct diagnostic equipment. The patrol officer said, “they don’t carry Volvo leads.” He then recommended an RAC-approved garage, so we took the car there. They charged us for a repair that didn’t need to be done and did not fix the fault. The car broke down again.
When we reported the problem to your RAC-approved garage, they said they’d come out to fix it but failed to show up and are not responding to any further communication. Reporting the problem to your call center this morning, I was told that it was “my choice” to take the car to your approved repair center, essentially suggesting it was my fault for using an RAC-approved garage recommended by a RAC patrol officer. The call center representative was unpleasant and rude. Massively inconvenient, hugely expensive, RAC how can you justify this?
