Called around 12.30pm yesterday as my friend who is disabled arrived st my house with a puncture.I going with him to a hospital appointment.This was told to the lady we called to ask for assistance.We do not have internet access.She said she would prioritise as a medical emergency.We received no texts 're what time we could expect help to arrive.By 3.30 approx I ran back anld was told maybe between 4 and 6.Well the hospital appointment was missed.The call handler seemed totally uninterested.We were so lucky to find a local garage that could come out to change the tyre.Have advised my friend to cancel his membership.Really shabby service.Or lack of service.
