17.9.24 Reporting breakdown was straight forward. Although no human option available to speak to. I gave all breakdown details via text. Technology was then able to pin point my exact location. Luckily I did have signal. Not sure how it would have gone if not, as there doesn’t seem to be any option to speak to a human in the initial process. James (breakdown recovery) then called me within a very short space of time to say he would be with me in 15 minutes. Thankyou James you were fantastic. Extremely professional, talking me through everything that was happening. Then went above and beyond and took me and the car the over half an hour drive home, after his shift has ended so I didn’t have to wait alone at the services for another pick up truck.
