Complete nightmare!
Bought RAC Breakdown cover through my Barclays travel insurance. Could not get the RAC account set up. Almost impossible to speak to anyone and when I did, I got cut off. Every thing seems to be online only! Was pushed towards downloading mobile app (which I didn't want). Managed to get registered but its system repeatadly fails to activate account.
Barclays, do you even vet your partners? I think not.
God help any unfortunate driver that actually needs breakdown help!
