Is it possible to give no stars ? This is going to sound like an exaggeration but I promise it’s not!! By far the worst company to deal with !! Will not speak to you, just want to send emails all the time and nothing gets done !! Broke down on the 21st of October and now 11 days later they still haven’t recovered my vehicle back a distance of roughly 2 and a half hours give or take with traffic!! I have called multiple times and everyone tells you… “ I’ll send an email and someone will get back to you” wow if I had a quid for every time I heard that… well I’d be able to get a hellicopter by now 😂 zero response rate zero help … not a single number you can call to speak to someone actually willing to help ( btw RAC emailing isn’t helping ) just want my vehicle back ???? The garage it was suppose to be delivered too 11 days ago has the part ready and waiting and it will be fixed in a couple of hours!!!! But instead I sit here without all my belongings and without a vehicle and without any help!!!
