Terrible Service – Avoid RAC!
Absolutely awful experience with RAC. My car broke down, and despite their policy stating they assess the vehicle first, they didn’t even look at it—just towed it straight to a Kwik Fit that doesn’t do repairs. Left completely stranded with no solution. When I asked them to tow it to a proper garage, they demanded an extra fee!
I pay for breakdown cover, but RAC made my situation worse, not better. Unreliable, unhelpful, and a total waste of money. Avoid at all costs!
