Worst breakdown service .
Waited Nine hours with two toddlers in the car , mentioned this several times and was told they would be there in an hour ....9 times !
A few months later , I called at 8pm and was told they would be there at 1 am , eventually got the car going myself and cancelled the call out , now discover my payment went from £25 per month to £38 . Will be cancelling first thing .
