Broke down on 8th April at 1.30pm and phones RAC at 1.40pm, was told someone would be there between 3pm and 4pm, then every hour I checked the App but the wait time kept going up. I paid them £170.00 for my breakdown policy and when it came to 6.30pm, I had to call a third party which cost me £127.00 to get me home, because RAC said it would be 9pm by the time they could get to me. How could they have someone waiting over 7 hours? Very poor breakdown company. Would not recommend.
