Never ever . I been with them for last 5 years. This year onwards they gone down the hill.
I call them twice this year . First time it took 30 min to get through and i almost waited 3 hours for rac person to come through.
Second time also same
Almost 30 min to get through .
They told me eta 2hour and 30 min.
They call me near at time let me know that another 45 min.
Excuse they given me they are very busy , I live in London, terrible traffic .
I better off next time with green flag .they will send recovery with in an hour .
