I broke down on Friday 19th October. I told them I was a lone female. They told me originally it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, later I was told it would be a 6 hour wait. After strongly complaining they did eventually get to me in 4 hours!
Utterly disgraceful service!
The same thing happened to me 6 years ago and they assured me it was a one off!
I won't be renewing with them. No confidence or trust in their ability!
