Car broke down down on the A406 on way to work at 8.45pm on a cold night of 26.10.2018. RAC advised that help will arrive in 2 hours. 2 hours later RAC made no contact.
RAC was contacted they said it is another 5 hours wait (1.45am) - (This was after they took forever to answer the phone)
RAC did not show up until 10 hours later after 7.00am on Saturday morning 27.10.2018. Freezing, dead phone and pissed off.
My friends, work colleagues and family will never be customers to RAC.
