I can’t even pay for my memebership!
Trying to re-New it on line and it won’t let me!
Said there was a problem and I have to call a number, which I have and was on hold for 30 min, only to be told I was through to the wrong dept!
Then put through to another dept who took all my car details, then asked where I had broken down!
I only want to pay my membership!
And the automated message said they are very busy, but said you can pay and do it on line, if only!
Now been on hold now for another 30 min! Still waiting......
Might give up and go with another company!
