What awful service from the RAC. I had heard they way bad but OMG what a terrible service from dreadful customer service executives. They must have a "Give nothing away even if we are totally in the wrong!" attitude.
Really shocking service. Shame on you RAC. If you are thinking of renewing, look around first, there are many smaller companies offering a much better service. I would avoid the RAC like the plague!
