Absolutely the worse customer service, if any. I tried for days to find a number to cancel my reservation due to COVID-19 cancellation of my trip. After I finally got my email answered, I was told that someone will get back to me. Few months went by and I heard nothing. Email after email, I was told the same thing without resolution.
