To save a long story the rac damaged my engine. The cost of repair is over £10000 they have admitted to some damage and they shouldn't have jumpstart it on a tow bar which they did ( apparently the recovery driver told us the damage it might have cause if he did it and the what could happen) but the recovery did not tell us anything about it might cause damage and did it anyway. If they had told us the dangers it might cause and what could go wrong, then we would not have let him do it) all the recovery driver said was, I'm going to try jumping it and told us what to do. Nothing elsemThey've only offered £3500 that's not even half of what they should be paying. Will never go back to them. Don't bother wasting your time, they'll only make the issue worse.
