I liked the shoes and shopping experience but encountered problems with the support regarding an Amazon order I did simultaneously:ORDER # 204-7759034-0696348
I returned those shoes with the reason of manufacturer fault.
I claimed an Amazon A to Z refund, but it has been two weeks now and last time I called SportShoes they told me to close the claim for them to help me. Which I think is ridiculous, they can close the claim themselves, which will lead to my refund. Now I have waited more than two weeks and still haven't received my money back. I don't understand why they are holding something that belongs to me. It was not my fault that the shoes are faulty, they can just accept the mistake and claim the warranty from the manufacturer, which in first place should have never released these with that design fault.
I wont close the Amazon claim because I don't trust SportShoes after speaking with them, and I don't think I will shop again with them after this experience, and the stupidity of them to get a negative feedback shows where they stand.
