Very simple online shop, easy to browse and easy to order. It was a bit suspicious after not receiving tracking number but don't expect it if you paid for standard shipping (it is normal not to have tracking when shipping this way). I ordered sneakers at great price and waited for more then 3 weeks but I got them. All great, new shoes, correct number. I did freaked out when I saw all bad reviews but to be honest all representatives from customer service were more than polite when I called and asked why there is no tracking, why so long, etc. I am happy customer after all.
