I purchased two "great" tickets ($122 ea plus $95 'convenience fee' $345 total) for Chicago / Earth, Wind & Fire concert at Ameris Amphitheater in Alpharetta, Georgia. The link they sent me went to Ticketmaster, where it said there was no such order. After two online chats with their agents and one phone call over a period of 3 days, all I got was BS that I was guaranteed to receive my tickets before the concert. Biting my nails till four hours before the concert, I was told my tickets were not available, BUT I could receive "lawn" tickets and receive $4 back. I opted for the refund and finally received it. What a SCAM! They buy probably 20 good tickets and 200 cheap tickets to bait-and-switch at the last minute. Only 20 lucky people will actually get good tickets so that they "appear" to be honest. NEVER BUY FROM STUBHUB. I'm just glad I didn't incur travel and/or lodging expenses only to be ripped off for the tickets.
