“Stubhub is not a pleasant experience as a seller. I went to sell MLB tickets, let Stubhub know their 4 hour delivery policy would not work since MLB releases barcodes 3 hours before first pitch. Stubhub let me know that would put a note on my account. Come gameday, Stubhub cancels my order AND charges me. I call customer service and spent two hours to be told there is nothing they can do about it and I will need to dispute the charges.”
“StubHub advertised Comerica Parking for the 9-20-25 Tigers game. It was NOT Comerica parking, not owned by Comerica - I checked deeds. I wanted something close by as I just had foot surgery. The walk was about 3/4 of a mile and past much closer seats at half the price. False advertising with no accountability. I paid a lot more and got much less”
“I purchased 2 tickets to an Event in Austin 0n 9/20/25 Stubhub referred me to a parking lot 7 blocks away and I couldnt park until 830 which I followed , when I got to this parking lot it went down from street level 3 floors only to find out all of the about 40 spaces were taken, completely sold out. Had to back up the ramps because there was no turnaround in the garage. And it was about 7 blocks away at night right off of Sixth street on a Saturday night. Full of nonsense and drunks is not how I wanted to walk 7 blocks. Come to find out stubhub wanted pictures of this garage. How is that possible? Are you supposed to take pictures of all the stalls to prove that they were full? Or should the receipt for the paid parking ticket should be the validity that the parking garage didnt acknowledge since no one was there to voice your displeasure at. Thanks Stubhub for that part of the evening that was annoying. I will never use stubhub ever again. And I will eat the cost of the parking,buyer beware of this illegitimate company with their 3.4 rating its true.”
“We just went to nine inch nails with 4 center stage seats. Seats view were blocked by large pole. Who would thin center stage would have pole in way. Could not see lead singer majority of time. They are offering 25% voucher. Totally unacceptable. I will never use StubHub again.”

“When I purchased these tickets on July 12, 2025, I was given the option to choose the row and seat number during the process.
When I completed the purchase and received the confirmation email with my row and seat number, but the ticket stated ‘Stand-in Room Only’.
When I called to report what had happened and request a refund, since this did not correspond to what I had purchased, I was informed that they could not refund my money due to their policy and that I would have to resell the tickets myself.
This is not an option for me, as I find it unfair to have to resell my tickets and not receive a refund for something that does not match what I originally purchased.
I have evidence in the emails showing that I was assigned a row and seat number, while the ticket states otherwise.”

I tried to cancel my parking pass and was told that they could not refund my pass because it was a ticket "transfer" involving a third party. “Buy tickets from StubHub for a concert called Australian Pink Floyd to be at Bridgestone arena in Nashville Tennessee they sent me tickets to a venue in Virginia and when I brought it to their attention they told me the only thing I could do was sell the tickets so going through their website I sold the tickets now they're making me jump through hoops to get a refund but the best part of this is there was no concert in Nashville it was a bogus ad and to me that's fraud and the state of Tennessee should be doing something about it.”
