I purchased tickets for Hamilton and bought all of my tickets together (7 tickets for our group) almost 2 months in advance and then I receive an email literally a day and a half before the show telling me “the seller is having a hard time providing the tickets but they are offering an alternative and a credit of $200” Well the tickets I purchased were dead center and just a few rows from the stage. Now we get to spend almost the same amount of money to be pushed off to the side and in the back rows. I have to choose between a full refund a day and a half before the show or disappoint 6 young teenagers and not go at all. This is incredibly shady. Never again will I order from StubHub.
