I'm only giving Stubhub one stair because it's not possible to give them zero stars. We purchased Aerosmith tickets, and the concert was cancelled. On August 3, I replied to their email asking for a refund and not the 120% credit they offered. The refund was supposed to be given within 10 business days. After 11 business days we had not received the refund, so I called customer service. I was told they couldn't refund the money to a credit card, and I would have to add my paypal to the stubhub account for refunding. We were never told this before! This evidently re-started the 10 business day to refund. After 10 more business days, I again called and they said they would escalate a request for payment, which I had been told before. At this point, I'm not sure we will eve receive a refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING STUBHUB!
