I purchased five tickets on Stubhub to a football game for me and my son's family. On game day we were up very early for a 3 hour drive to the stadium. We were denied entry at the gate as the tickets we were sold were not valid. I paid over $1,300 for the tickets. Stubhub may have their "FanProtect" guarantee (I'm still waiting, though), but that is little consolation to heartbroken fans (including a crying 6-yr old) who really wanted to attend a game. I could never have faith in any ticket purchased on Stubhub ever again. I would strongly recommend to avoid the service.
