I ordered parking tickets for a football game. Stubhub did a bait and switch. They sent me a parking ticket 5 miles from the venue. I spent hours on the phone with customer service. Stubhub made numerous promises and didn't live up to any of them. FanProtect is a complete joke. I ended up eating the costs and having to buy my tickets from another ticket service at a higher rate due to the time passed.
