I spent about 2 hours on the phone with Stubhub customer service trying to sell 2 tickets that I purchased from there. I listed them incorrectly the first time, then did exactly as the customer service representative told me to do and deleted the listing and relisted the tickets correctly. The payout should have been $156 (I paid $240 originally). The customer service rep also must have created a listing the same day. They charged me another $197 for the two unfulfilled listings on top of taking the $156 i was supposed to be paid for the tickets. I did not go to a concert that ended up costing me $600 and a total of 3.5 hours on the phone with customer service. Bad practices all around and employees who don’t care. Save your money and avoid a huge headache by literally buying tickets from anywhere else.
