Yes, I am having a really bad experience with Stubhub. I bought tickets for the concert via Stubhub. Unfortunately, I have received tickets for the wrong event. Since that time (already for 2 months), I have called 4 times to the Customer Service of the Stubhub, had long conversations with the representatives ( 1 hour each time), have heard a lot of promises for the quick resolution. NO RESOLUTION so far. Every time they say, we are going to resolve your issue in the next couple of days. Nothing... I call again after waiting for one or two weeks, and hear the same promises. How many more times do I have to call to make them resolve this issue?/ Awful business.
