This company is a total rip off i purchased tickets to the millennium parking garage at 10am for a bears game i arrived at 10 purchase the tickets at 10 and tried to use it the meter would not allow me to use it because they couldn't be used until 11 am so i had to purchase another one from the meter. I talked to workers on site about refunding my money back for the ticket and they told me to call the company when i called i was told it was after hrs and call Tomorrow so i did just for a manager to tell me im not getting a refund because they have no record of me calling them. But they can see the pass was not used. Never ever again will i use this sorry company and u guys should be ashame of yourself taking people money i hope your company falls to the ground
