AWFUL COMPANY! I puchased tickets for an Ohio State football game, and a parking pass. Stubhub never mentioned the parking lot was 5.3 MILES (yep, 5.3 miles) from the stadium and that was no shuttle or transportation service to the stadium. Had this "little" fact been mentioned, I never would have bought the tickets. Because of the distance, I tried to resale the tickets. But much to my surprise, Stubhub told me I had to contact the "original seller" to get the tickets to the buyer. The "original seller'???? Foolish me, since I ordered the tickets from Stubhub, and since my credit card statement shows a payment to Stubhub, I assumed I bought the tickets from Stubhub. But nope - I bought them from some unknown vendor. A friend and I spent 3 hours trying to figure out who this mysterious "original seller" was. We through all the emails from Stubhub but could find no mention of this "original seller." Bottom line - the sale couldn't be finalized, Stubhub is charging me a $100 fee for this. STUBHUB STINKS!!!!
