I bought tickets in April 2024 for my boyfriends birthday. The show is today and the tickets were voided. I called stubhub numerous times and the last rep wanted me to call back 3 hours before the show to see if they were able to solve the problem. I called stubhub yesterday, the day before the show, and still nothing. So let me tell yall that even though you receive a notification that you can claim your tickets, it's not true. I received a refund and here I am scrambling trying to get tickets. This is the 3rd time this happens to me and I'm done with stubhub.
