My son bought two etickets from them for a concert in Japan. They didn't send the tickets to him till couple hours before the concert. However, the names on the tickets were the first buyer. When my son and his friend got to the entrance, they won't let them in as the names didn't match. The organizer has the policy saying that the name on the ticket has to match with the user. They need me to proof that the organizer has this policy before they can refund the money to me. So I did but they never reply messages. So now I got nothing back. We need to let more people about this scam.
