I purchased tickets for a concert at the Western Wa Fair from Stub Hub.. We paid $732.73 for 4 tickets. I received the receipt but Stub Hub doesn’t allow access to the ticket QR until the day of. On the day of the concert only 2 tickets would pull up. I attempted to resolve it with Stub Hub but the AI chat option sent me round and round. We attempted to use the tickets at the venue and were told Stub Hub often rips patrons off by selling the same tickets to multiple people. I had to purchase 4 new tickets from the venue directly in order to attend the concert. After the concert I again attempted to resolve the issue with Stub Hub and was told the reason the tickets didn’t pull up was that the concert was over. I assured the company this was not the case. I had documentation of the issue and venue manager also documented the issue. The Stub Hub employee ended the chat and would not respond when I attempted to resolve it again. Visa took care of the issue the next morning.
