I recently went through Stub Hub to purchase two tickets for the Indiana vs Charlotte football game on September 21. The seller has cancelled the transfer of these tickets and so I notified the customer service dept of Stub Hub to get this resolved. They have not been able to contact the seller and keep telling me they are working on it. With a little over a week left before the game, my patience has worn thin and am not gonna wait on them the day of the game to find me other tickets or refund my money. Their policy fora refund is the morning of the event. How can anyone plan a trip to a football game with these policies. The game starts at 11:00 where I live. And its a two hour trip. You don't just find a parking area, you plan in advance. I'm going to "eat" the money I paid Stub Hub and go through another vendor to purchase new tickets. As for the seller who has refused to transfer the tickets, I'll let him "eat" those tickets because I am not gonna wait any longer to wait on his transfer.
