I ordered tickets a month ago, received th QR code for each ticket. The day before the event I received an email the the seller can't fill my request and to choose an alternative offer. So based on recommendation from Stubhub help desk, after my 5th call with them 9ver this issue I selected accept. Then received an email my alternative offer was for 2 seats vs the 4 I purchased. So I call Stubhub back for the 6th time ans was advised to wait until 6am Pacific time(3 hours before my event starts) once I got someone on the phone I was instructed to accept another alternative offer as the new current seats were not. Finally I decided to request a credit and try again. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT USE STUB HUB.......TRY TICKETMASTER or SEAT GEEK!!!!! Worst experience ever
