I used Stubhub for the first time today. To my mind they are a total ripoff. The fees they charged for a ticket exceeded 50% of the actual ticket price. In other words a $35 ticket with email delivery ended up costing $60.10 (including tax). Stubhub does not allow cancellation of purchases and was not willing to adjust their fees. The ticket was actually delivered via Ticketmaster, so one might as well just buy any ticket directly from Ticketmaster, ignoring any link to Stubhub supplied by event organizers. Stubhub's ticket delivery via a 3rd party is also somewhat of a nightmare. This was the 1st and last ticket Ibought from Stubhub.
