Wish I could give this a zero star. Last weekend we had tickets to a concert, when we got to the concert, the tickets StubHub sent us said there was an error. We called customer service. They couldn’t seem to get their act together to send out the tickets… two hours into the concert we were given updated tickets not sure if they worked because the ticket venue, out of the goodness of their heart, gave us other tickets. Flash forward to this weekend coming up my husband has a football game. He bought tickets three months ago, StubHub has no idea where they are, they do know and have in fact on file that we paid for the tickets, but they’re just not sure how to get them to us. They promised my husband they would be to him an hour before the game begins. This is just bull$&!!. We are asking for a refund which we will fight till the end to get back, and husband just got other tickets to the game from a different site, for better seats, and cheaper. You’ve been warned!!
