I bought a 2-day festival pass through StubHub for $180. I showed up on day 1 and the pass worked fine, but I arrived on day 2 and they told me I had no ticket. I called StubHub and they were unable to replace the ticket for the second day, so they ended up issuing a 50% refund ($90) leaving me with no option than to buy a ticket at the door for $170. I will never buy through StubHub again because they don't vet their vendors, don't verify delivery of the promised product, and don't have any insurance for the customer. Their customer service is useless, too. What a scam of a company.
