I really don’t understand how they’re able to stay in business operating how they do! I paid over $2500 for tickets that were not valid and did not give entry to the event. I tried for over an hour to get a refund from stubhub and they refused to take any responsibility and said there was nothing they could do. They said that because the tickets were delivered to me they were not responsible, even though their own policy states I’d be entitled to a full refund. I’m absolutely devestated.
