I purchased parking passes through stubhub. Trying to be proactive which I shouldn’t have. I get to the booth from them to scan my parking pass bar I spent 60 for and the bar code did not come up! I tried over and over hold up a long line of cars. I needed up paying again just to get in. I contacted stub hub with a claim for a refund and they refused to give me a refund but instead sent my parking tickets I no longer needed for the event. Disputing with my bank, never again and I’m let everyone I know to not use Stubhub. Customer services and resolution are in the gutter.
