I warn you PLEASE stay away from this company and use another vendor. I purchased a ticket for a concert that was canceled, I keep trying to get a refund but they are telling me the event has been post poned and per their policy they will not issue a refund. 2 months later I am still trying to get them to issue me a refund as the event is now showing CANCELED, i chatted with a rep that was going to escalate my situation and still have not seen any refund come through. the concert was in Aug on the 24th of Sept i get an email saying sorry the event was canceled you should receive a full refund within 10 business days. STILL WAITING wont hold my breath!! I do not want anyone to have to go through this like I did. I will NEVER use STUBHUB AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
